The Genoa-Kingston School District is proud to celebrate the exceptional dedication and leadership of Tory Logsdon, who continues to make a profound impact on both students and staff alike!
Ms. Logsdon serves as the high school instructional coach, where she supports and inspires teachers to excel in their craft. In addition to this pivotal role, she teaches an AP class for freshmen, guiding students through a rigorous curriculum. . Her leadership extends further as she actively participates in numerous school committees!
She is always offering support and encouragement to her colleagues. In addition to her many leadership responsibilities, Ms. Logsdon is also the adviser for the National Honor Society!
From her nominee: "I recently sat in one of her classes and its a masterclass in effective and meaningful teaching. She expects a level of rigor that is very much so at a college level - encouraging students to excel while also helping them develop the tools needed to be active participants in a community - allowing them opportunities to hear many perspectives and understand the world around them."
