GK News is picking up where last year left off. Our goal is to not only inform students on current events in our school, but to also heighten our appreciation of everything good at Genoa-Kingston. Through paying close attention to production quality and visual storytelling, we hope to create engaging episodes that appeal to our core audience--the students. It is technically the "Film Club" who is putting together these videos, but this title merely reinforces our focus on a cinematic approach to the news. The members of this club really carry the load in both writing ideas for the productions, filming, and editing. We are thriving off of a genuine interest in the art of video production, and this interest originates from the students.
