Here is the schedule for Kingston Elementary School's Halloween festivities. Each grade level will begin with their Halloween parade in their costumes, followed by their respective classroom Halloween parties. Please see the schedule for your child's grade level below as they are all different. ONLY those parents signed up to help with the classroom parties will be allowed into the building with proper identification (please bring your Driver’s License). Party helpers should park in the north lot off of Rt. 72 by the Post Office. (Please, DO NOT park in the Post Office parking lot).
For the Parade: Those parents that are coming to watch the parade, please park in our south
parking lot off of Windhaven Drive. If the lot is full you may park along Windhaven drive. Parents
may enter the playground area through the large gates near the shed. Parents please stand on
the grass in our playground area to watch as our students circle on the walking path. The
students will come out and walk a loop on our walking path and then back into the building.
Morning EC/PreK
● Students arrive in costume
● Parade will be at 8:25 on the playground **
Afternoon EC/PreK
● Students arrive in costume
● Parade will be at 12:30 on the playground**
Kindergarten
● Parade will be at 12:15 on the playground **
● Party time is 12:15 - 1:15
1st Grade
● Parade will be at 10:30 on the playground **
● Party time is 10:15 - 11:15
2nd Grade
● Parade will be at 1:10 on the playground **
● Party time is 1:10 - 2:10
We ask that:
● Parents do not come in costume, masks or face paint to watch the parade. We do not want our young students to be frightened. We want them to see friendly faces.
● Parents/guardians do not post pictures on social media without the consent of other parents.
**In the case of inclement weather, the parade will be moved inside to the gym. Parents will enter through the north doors facing School Street. All other rules apply.
