Onyx is common among people. Onyx is found worldwide in large and small deposits including  Mexico in the state of Oaxaca. Other deposits exist in  Brazil, Madagascar, India, Algeria and Pakistan. Black Onyx-Root/Base, green Onyx-Solar Plexus, blue Onyx-Throat Chakras are believed to be good with relieving ailments. These type of stones we use daily.

Onyx is a chalcedony quartz that is mined in  Brazil, India,  California and Uruguay. It has a smooth surface and black color. Sardonyx is a type of onyx that has a brown or black background and has a ribbon of white running through it.
