WABASH COUNTY

The name of  Wabash county originally formed upon the name of The Wabash river. This river  is formed at the eastern boundary of the county. The River gets its name from the Indian word Oubache (pronounced waw bash, wáa bash).

The Wabash County's court house is located in a town named Mt. Carmel
